Job Description
- Manage, develop, and oversee our social media accounts in consistency with our brand image and personality.
- Plan, create, and develop innovative ideas for different kinds of content, brand initiatives and campaigns to push the brand ahead of the competition.
- Create shareable personalized content that drives engagement and connection and increases brand awareness.
- Explore new ways to engage and identify new social channels (if needed) to reach our target audience.
- Continuously optimize content, campaigns, and social media channel activities.
- Stay up-to-date with social media emerging trends, best-practices and technologies
- Provide insights based on A/B testing and history.
- Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social media presence.
- Track, measure and analyze all social media activities to report on the ROI.
- Work closely with other teammates/teams to drive engagement, growth and meet business objectives.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent English level.
Minimum Experience:
- 1 - 3 years of experience in the same role.
- Good problem-solving, communications, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivation, and the ability to creatively and strategically solve multiple problems at once, under quick deadlines.
- Active and well-rounded personal presence in social media, with a command of each network and their best practices.
- Creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
Job-Specific Skills:
- Good knowledge of using Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
- Good Knowledge of different social media tools including media monitoring tools.
- A portfolio of previous work would be a plus.
