Job Description
- Administer and maintain accurate employee records, including personal data, contracts, and attendance.
- Support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Coordinate with department heads to address personnel needs and resolve employee issues.
- Prepare and process documentation related to employment, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and hospital regulations in all personnel activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and handle data with discretion.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information and resolving discrepancies.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and organizational efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a personnel or HR-related role, preferably in a healthcare or hospital environment.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR information systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
