Job Description

  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Undertake occasional receptionist duties
  • printing & photocopying

Working Conditions:

  • Location : Obour City
  • Working Hours : from 8.00 am to 4.30 pm
  • Transportation
  • Fridays off 

Job Requirements

  • Graduated only "Females"
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • University degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • English language skills
  • Strong knowledge application and multi tasks skills
  • Professional appearance
