Job Description
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the different sales teams
- Design and implement the yearly business plan and budget that achieve the Group's strategic objectives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Setting the yearly Sales targets and K Pis.
- Prepare the required report such as sales forecast, significant customers’ feedback, customer profiling report...etc.
- Cascading down the Team targets and assessing their performance.
- Determining the Level of Buyer and the financial position (Retail or Bulk: multiple products).
- Set criteria for the restricted customers.
- Revisit the list of Distributors with long-term agreements
- Monitoring the dispatching Sales Order on the system.
- Technically supervises the project's design phase with the Project Teams and the different stakeholders.
- Manage and communicate the strategic relationships with suppliers and distributors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electromechanical engineering. A postgraduate degree is preferable in business administration or a related field.
- 15-20 years of experience including experience in the Engineering consulting field.
- Proven experience in managing sales operations in the industrial and retail fields.
- Ability to drive the sales process from plan to closure.
- Good knowledge of the contractual aspects, technical and legal.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent proficiency in the English language and Microsoft office applications.
