Job Description

  • Preparing and developing sales and technical presentations to explain our company's Services and activities to customers.
  • Discussing requirements needs with customers.
  • Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales.
  • Achieving dedicated sales goals.
  • Organizing communication tools with customers (as sales visits).
  • Full commitment to the confidentiality and ethics of work.
  • Acquiring new clients.
  • Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Explain benefits of Services to potential clients.
  • Demonstrate how products exceed those of competitors.
  • Record sales and send invoices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or technical sales within the energy, electromechanical, or facility management sectors.
  • Strong understanding of renewable energy systems, electromechanical solutions, and facility management services.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships at various organizational levels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in preparing technical proposals and sales documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development activities.
