Job Description

We want to hire an AWS Solutions Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead to drive strategic initiatives in expanding our AWS business.

Responsibilities

•     Partner with AWS teams to identify and address client needs.

 

•     Develop and execute strategies to expand AWS services in target regions.

 

•     Identify growth opportunities aligned with organizational goals.

 

•     Build relationships with regional stakeholders and potential clients.

 

•     Negotiate partnerships and collaborations with local businesses or governments.

 

•     Analyze regional markets to understand trends, competition, and customer demands.

 

•     Adapt strategies to align with regional regulations and cultural expectations.

 

•     Drive AWS adoption across verticals like retail, healthcare, finance, etc.

 

•     Provide insight into AWS products.

 

•     Ensure customers adopt AWS best practices and optimize their cloud journey.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications

•     6+ years of experience in partner management, sales, digital excellence, business development, platform ecosystems/networks, or partner channel development within the technology industry.

 

•     Certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner are a plus.

 

•     Proven track record in AWS sales, business development, or consulting.

 

•     Experience growing a business in multiple regions, especially emerging markets.

 

•     Strong knowledge of AWS products and services.

 

•     Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

 

•     Regional expertise and the ability to navigate cultural differences.

 

•     Connections with AWS partner networks or local businesses.

 

•     Proven ability to influence decision-makers and stakeholders.
