Job Description
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about Etisalat Egypt’s products and services.
- Communicate effectively with customers in English (B1+ proficiency) via phone, email, and chat to ensure a seamless support experience.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical or service-related issues.
- Educate customers on new products, promotions, and service features to enhance their experience.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed and satisfaction is achieved.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
