Job Description

  • Call and follow up all payment transactions through all domains, and offer help when needed to our customers
  • Follow up all customers concerns and pending issues by calling or sending emails
  • Create rapport with our customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow all closed cases with social media team and make sure complaints were solved properly
  • Attracts new customers through our existing customers referrals
  • Send daily, weekly and monthly reports as per the business requirements

Job Requirements

  • University graduates only
  • Males candidates
  • Very good to an excellent English speakers
  • Minimum 6 months of call center experience (Telesales-Telemarketing-Customer Support)
  • Sales background is a must (Preferably telesales)
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Time management skills

Working Conditions:

  • Rotational shifts & Days-off
