Job Description
- Call and follow up all payment transactions through all domains, and offer help when needed to our customers
- Follow up all customers concerns and pending issues by calling or sending emails
- Create rapport with our customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow all closed cases with social media team and make sure complaints were solved properly
- Attracts new customers through our existing customers referrals
- Send daily, weekly and monthly reports as per the business requirements
Job Requirements
- University graduates only
- Males candidates
- Very good to an excellent English speakers
- Minimum 6 months of call center experience (Telesales-Telemarketing-Customer Support)
- Sales background is a must (Preferably telesales)
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Time management skills
