Job Description
- Update all inventories like spare parts (Mechanical & electrical), chemicals stock, forklift spare parts, compressors spare parts.
- Update equipment maintenance history, Forklift inspection.
- Updating maintenance purchasing requisitions including (dates for PR, PR#, PR status, items description, PO#, PO release status,
and GR#) - Daily update for plant readings files.
- Daily site inspection and for plant equipment’s (smelters, conveyors, Incomposto and so on …)
- Daily update for work order system for maintenance tasks done during shifts and ensure all works included in the system.
- Inform with the needed spare parts and get the related offers from vendors.
- Safety inspection for plant equipment.
- Print and follow up monthly PM files for plant equipment.
- Follow up maintenance works with vendors.
- Perform the good receipt action on SAP.
Job Requirements
- BSc of Mechanical engineering or Industrial education.
- Lives in Fayoum, Giza or October.
- Experience : from 1 to 3 years.
- Good command in English language.
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
