• About the Role:

Manage and deliver the operation, upgrade, and configuration of servers, OS, and
Backup solutions.
Support Datacenter engineers in operation activities, providing them with
guidance and ensuring the work implemented is up to the required standards and
in accordance to set milestones.
Handle and manage downtime activities and their procedures.
Provide third-level support to the technical Data center engineers.
Provide technical training to new staff and measure their capabilities.
Prepare compiles and review the Project Technical Documentation’s with the
details of the installation work and submits to Data Center Section Head.
Supervise the Data Center Engineers and review projects documentation.

• Technical Skills

In-depth understanding of data center technologies including networking, storage,
compute, and virtualization.
System administration, Linux, Unix & Windows.
Web server administration IIS, Apache& Nginx.
Database administration SQL server.
Very Good experience in VMware vSphere and VMware vSAN.
Very Good experience in Hyper-V environment.
Very Good experience in managing Antivirus servers like Symantec& Kaspersky.
Deep knowledge of Dell Hyper-Converged Solution (VxRail) is Preferred.
Manage and configure Data Center LAN Switches Windows and Linux troubleshooting skills
Strong knowledge of Network, Debian, CentOS, Cisco ASA Firewall, Active Directory, Hyper-V, (Backup, and Security) Solutions.
Communicate with the network team to track data center and network problems
until resolution.
Monitoring hosted systems inside our Data Center and troubleshooting any
service running on it.
Hardware implementation and problems troubleshooting experience is a must.
Firewall administration Cisco ASA, FortiGate & Palo alto is preferred.
Deep knowledge with Veeam Backup and Replication solution is Preferred.
PCI DSS experience is preferred.
