Job Description
- Receive daily material reports to prepare merged daily reports for Civil and MEP stores to send to construction managers and QA-QC.
- Follow-up and the assets that enter the store to be deposited on the system as assets of the company.
- Managing the company’s assets and equipment, and sending periodic reports to the top board members / CFO / and Engineering management.
- Develop an annual budget for asset requirements.
- Receive store receiving vouchers and store issuing vouchers and send them to the construction manager, and project manager.
- Receive the internal memo sheet and send it to the Project manager for approval in order to send it to procurement.
- Receive the receiving requests from site engineers to release the required material.
- Follow up on the filing system regarding warehouse documents.
- Responsible for the movement of company assets between sites.
Job Requirements
- 5 - 7 years of experience.
- Constructions background.
- Bachelor’s degree.
