Job Description
- Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiate sales price and discounts with consultation of the Sales Manager.
- Search for new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth and assigned objectives.
- Stay up to date on market and industry emerging conditions, industry innovations, and competitors' services, prices, and sales; share information with customers as part of value-added services providing.
- Liaise with technical office and projects to be able to answer customers' questions about services, prices, availability, and other.
- Participate in company functions, promotions, customer visits, and customer events.
- Attend and participate in sales meetings.
- Maintain an organized agenda while prioritizing time spent in the field, with clients and internal company meetings and networking events.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer
- 3-5 years in experience in the fire protection field.
- Ability to have strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in the contracting field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills
- Availability to travel
