Job Description
- Preparation comparisons to sub-contractors and suppliers (technical + finance) and analysis of prices, select the category that will be included in the tender
- Review the tender documents to be sent to agreed sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Review the tender documents to be sent to agreed sub-contractors and suppliers.
- All Supply Chain Function disciplines, including procurement, subcontracts, expediting, quality control/inspection, and materials management and logistics.
- Liaise with other project functions including engineering to ensure all project components are resolved to meet Required On site dates.
Job Requirements
- 7- 12 years of experience in the MEP field.
- A Bachelor's degree in (Mechanical / Electrical ) engineering is a must.
- Past experience in a similar position with an MEP contractor & tender.
- Experience in the same field (Construction) is A MUST.
- Mastering different drawing tools.
- Advanced AutoCAD or Revit or both.
- Experienced in the preparation of BOQ.
