Job Description

1-Market research: the participation of the external sales department in conducting a thorough research on the market and the status of the company and competitors with the aim of working on devising and designing the required advertising campaigns to target wholesalers, major supermarkets, private companies and public authorities.
2-The annual plan: Participate in developing the commercial marketing plan and determine the schedule for advertising campaigns in accordance with the seasons.
3- Estimated budget: Participate in setting the estimated budget for the marketing and advertising campaigns department and work to reduce costs and monitor them during implementation.
4- Dealing with advertising and publicity agencies: Executing planned advertising campaigns in agreement with external advertising and advertising agencies.
5- Coordination with the sales department: Coordinating with the sales department in measuring the impact of advertising campaigns on reaching target customers.
6-Design: Coordinating with the Design Director to design promotional materials suitable for the corporate sector, major supermarkets and distributors.
7-Publications production: Coordinating with the publications director to design packaging materials for the corporate sector, supermarkets and distributors.
8- Evaluation and control: monitoring all marketing campaign activities and monitoring sales results and comparing them to the target marketing campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
  • Degree in marketing or a related field
