Job Description

  • Create and develop the strategy & direction of Elaraby’s internal communications.
  • Translate strategic activity into messages and activities that are relevant at a departmental and organizational level.
  • Further develop a range of communication delivery channels to most effectively deliver messages to different audiences.
  • Deliver on diverse communication channels, e.g. intranet, digital screens, email campaigns, newsletter, etc... As the appropriate means for communicating with staff depending on the nature and context of different communications and audience.
  • Develop and execute the annual communication calendar/plan according to the company’s direction, strategy, pain points and needs according to the company’s direction, strategy, pain points and needs.
  • Deliver communications tailored to different internal audiences in such a way that the message can be communicated most effectively to specific stakeholder groups and business needs.
  • Support new projects by providing specific and timely information to enable the organization to engage stakeholders and bring about change in an effective manner.
  • Create a framework of clear and effective employee communications on a broad variety of topics to create a sense of shared purpose that is relevant to the working lives of all staff.
  • Use and develop communication tools and content to support in developing a culture based on a consistent two-way flow of information.
  • Measure the effectiveness of communication process to assess whether they’re meeting the needs of the organization and the staff and develop improvement when necessary.
  • Contribute in enhancing employee’s engagement and satisfaction while monitoring their moral and develop strategies to respond their feedback and requirements which will ultimately increase staff engagement and performance.
  • Ensure all communication and releases are abiding with the brand guidelines provided by the Marketing Communication/ Branding team
  • Increasing brand loyalty of employees and contributing in providing them with a continuously improved work environment and ensure 2 way conversation and get back to the management with the pulse of the organization
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on the manner in which messages, communication tools, channels key themes are communicated to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Build and sustain good working relationships with internal and external Stakeholders. Gather news from all of them in ways that are consistently effective and structured.
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing, PR and Branding teams as well as external agencies to ensure consistent and joined up internal and external communication key themes.
  • Ensure producing regular content that informs, engages and motivates all employees and encourages feedback.
  • Develop and execute internal communications channels and major employee events, online and in-person: kick-off events, CEO/management briefings, and others.
  • Measure communication effectiveness and reports

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree of business administration or any relevant degree
  • 2 years of experience in Marketing communications or Internal communications field
  • Very good in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in Content creation & Copywriting
  • Skilled in Project Management
  • Strong in Presentation skills and Communication skills
  • Very good in verbal and written English.
