Job Description

  • Short-, mid-, and long-term production & MRP plans based on the Master schedule (MPS).
  • Monitor all production activity on a daily basis and take into consideration any production plan deviations.
  • Strong linkage into production plants to ensure schedule and drive capacity plans conformance.
  • Manage Inventory levels to target expectations and customer service availability agreements.
  • Ensure balance between supply chain logic (i.e. Supply, Distribution,) and plant (i.e. constraints, efficiency,).
  • Report activities in terms of own area’s KPIs.
  • Assign safety stock days for local components (MRP).
  • Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS).
  • Track and coordinate inbound & outbound between Factory and warehouses.
  • Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test products’ quality (status upon delivery and storage conditions) .
  • Monitor all inventory movements
  • Monitor and report on slow, obsolete, overstock, and out-of-stock items
  • Keep updated inventory records
  • Ensure the maximum utilization of warehouses capacity
  • Retain and review warehouses documents and reports
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand
  • Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventories
  • Place and receive orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Coordinate with customer service and delivery section.
  • Facilitate removal or transfer of products as needed
  • Keep track of inventory and supplies that need restocking
  • Create and maintain a detailed inventory of all incoming, outgoing, and current supplies
  • Make note of damaged inventory
  • Assist Sales Team in replenishing stocks between warehouses in order to ensure the availability of products at all time
  • Evaluate suppliers’ offers and negotiate profitable deals.

Job Requirements

  • University degree (Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering is preferred)
  • Experience in Supply chain “ planning and purchasing and warehousing“ 
  • Planning & Organizing & Strong analytical & conceptual skills.
  • Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.
  • Effective communication with internal and external partners, teamwork, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Good English Language (Written and spoken)
  • Experience Needed: 2 To 5 Years
