Job Description
- Establishes and maintains automated and manual accounting records, posts receipts and turn-ins, and performs dues-in and dues-out accounting.
- Entering and recording data, whether purchases invoices - or returns, etc.
- Provides daily reports of balances, purchase deficiencies and average costs.
- Reviews and verifies quantities received against bills of lading, contracts, purchase requests, and shipping documents.
- Maintains stock locator system and administers document control procedures.
- Correct error and exception reports.
- Supervises pricing policies Supervises the inventory process and continuous follow-up of inventory.
- Dealing with loss, loss and deficit in accordance with accounting policies.
- Manages and organizes the movement of the store in the best way
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong math, typing, and computer skills, especially with bookkeeping software.
- Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments.
