Job Description

  • Establishes and maintains automated and manual accounting records, posts receipts and turn-ins, and performs dues-in and dues-out accounting.
  • Entering and recording data, whether purchases invoices - or returns, etc.
  • Provides daily reports of balances, purchase deficiencies and average costs.
  • Reviews and verifies quantities received against bills of lading, contracts, purchase requests, and shipping documents. 
  • Maintains stock locator system and administers document control procedures.
  • Correct error and exception reports.
  • Supervises pricing policies Supervises the inventory process and continuous follow-up of inventory.
  • Dealing with loss, loss and deficit in accordance with accounting policies.
  • Manages and organizes the movement of the store in the best way

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Strong math, typing, and computer skills, especially with bookkeeping software.
  • Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments.
