Job Description
- Review/Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (contracts and terms of agreement).
- Organize of the handover meeting with the sales, technical office, technical support, and operation departments.
- Organizing meetings with different teams to follow up projects progress.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Monitoring projects changes and follow up with clients/consultants for approval.
- Follow up and support in the collection of invoices.
- Follow up and collect from all departments the closing documents (as built, warranty, certificate of origin, packing list, quantity survey, VO, IR, MIR, etc.)
Job Requirements
- Mechanical engineering bachelor degree
- 3 to 5 Years experience
