Job Description
- Responsible for the maintenance of office computers, network equipment, monitoring equipment, telephone equipment and other hardware.
- Responsible for the company's asset management, including network equipment, servers, software licenses, office computers, printers and other asset management.
- Responsible for the planning, implementation and maintenance of the company's information system.
- Responsible for the support and management of local area networks and wide area networks.
- Computer terminal information security management and maintenance.
- Provide technical support for local and remote users in many locations.
- Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Hardware, Software, and LAN / WAN infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot the network and system services (ERP, Printing, Email service, VPN, and Internet access).

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer or related majors, more than two years of IT desktop field operation and maintenance work experience
- Have good customer service awareness; have good communication skills and team spirit, strong learning ability, active work, patience and meticulousness, strong sense of responsibility, and hardworking spirit.
- Proficient in common computer office software and maintenance software and can skillfully and independently install various office software and software abnormal maintenance.
- Skillfully and independently complete desktop-related hardware devices and network maintenance capabilities Computer maintenance, desktop network module and panel maintenance, desktop switch configuration, wireless AP configuration, computer domain addition and de-domaining, etc., with relevant desktop devices and network devices Troubleshooting capabilities.
- Skillfully and independently install computer and peripheral devices, printers, scanners and other drivers and maintenance.
- About 4: 6 years or above relevant working experience
