This position is responsible for developing strategies for targeting clients and conducting marketing and business development activities for the company.
Develops and coordinates new business opportunities in the marketplace through continuous professional contact with existing and/or new customers and determines and/or assists in determining client long-range need for services and/or capital expenditures
Set up goals and forecasts for future projects. Coordinates the development of the proposal with planning, estimating and other appropriate departments’ strategy, and assist
Builds organizational partnerships and strategic alliances with governmental institutions, regional organizations, and technology accelerators, for working with client executives from project conceptualization through to construction
Maintains records of target area business development and project data to aid in coordination of all marketing and operation plans.
Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients.

Educational Degree & Certificate Bachelor of Engineering; or Project management, or Business development, Engineering is preferred
Age 30 -40 years old.
Overall Experience Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in business development in construction field
Relevant Experience - Must have the appropriate combination of education, experience, expertise, and competency to perform successfully according to the project’s/contract’s level of financial risk and complexity.
Experienced at preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecasts for future projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer Skills: Word\Excel\Power Point
Language Skills: English \ Arabic
