Job Description
- Provides superior administrative support to the CEO, including correspondence, coordination, communications and problem resolution in an effective and efficient manner.
- Updates and maintains the CEO’s calendar.
- Handles all travel arrangements internally and externally.
- Coordinates preparation and timely dissemination of company reports and slide presentations for board meetings.
- Creates highly effective organizational and filing systems, including quick and thorough indexing resulting in easy access to critical information and stream lined office functioning.
- Take, type and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Plans office layout develops and controls office budget, and initiates cost reduction programs.
- Conducts extensive internet search and performs general clerical duties.
- Coordinates and arranges different company events.
- Coordinates CEO Synergies with other departments
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of business administration "or equivalent".
- From 6 to 10 Years of experience in the same role.
- Microsoft Office professional user.
- Excellent business writing skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills
