Job Description
- Prepare and handling daily Trade Finance transactions.
- Handling day to day operation activities with banks and follow up the execution.
- Maintaining the filling process to facilitate the management, other business units, and internal and external auditor’s access to old Transactions.
- Assist other business unit by sharing Daily, weekly and monthly reports regarding executed and pending Banking transactions.
- Performing tasks relating to IDCS & LCs in the most effective and efficient manner resulting in the lowest cost , highest level of quality and ensuring that the related financial and operational risks are mitigated.
- Process transactions for issuing IDCS, LCs, amendment, cancellation, lodgment of claims and payments within the limit as per the credit policy.
- Follow-up with retail & finance team to execute bank transfers to meet supplier’s payment on a timely manner as per our agreements.
- Process transactions relating to advising, amendment and cancellation of IDCS/ LG/LC in compliance with bank's policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 2 years experience in foreign trade operations relating to guarantees, Import letters of credit.
- High attention to details and the ability to mulit-task.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Understanding of guarantees & LCs concepts.
- SAP User is a plus
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiar with different rules & regulations of central banks and other financial Institutions
