Job Description
- Responsible of the recruitment process and the hiring of new candidates
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
- Follow up employees attendance and their leave records updates
- Update employees monthly time sheets
- Prepare monthly payroll allowances
- Make sure employees medical and social insurance records are updated according to new additions and deletions.
- Responsible for the preparation of employees personal files and make necessary updates and archiving
- Follow up employees job assessments on monthly basis
- Prepare employees HR letters
Job Requirements
- Bachelors' degree
- Fluent English
- Excellent in MS office , especially in excel
- Familiar with HR systems
- HR Diploma or Certificate would be an added value
