Job Description

  • Responsible of the recruitment process and the hiring of new candidates
  • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
  • Follow up employees attendance and their leave records updates
  • Update employees monthly time sheets
  • Prepare monthly payroll allowances
  • Make sure employees medical and social insurance records are updated according to new additions and deletions.
  • Responsible for the preparation of employees personal files and make necessary updates and archiving
  • Follow up employees job assessments on monthly basis
  • Prepare employees HR letters

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors' degree
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent in MS office , especially in excel
  • Familiar with HR systems
  • HR Diploma or Certificate would be an added value
