Job Description
o Owning the content function, help in building and automating processes that help in maintaining and growing the information on a subscription video on demand (SVOD) as well improving the system by analyzing and adjusting our processes
o Content project management to help keep content development flowing efficiently
o Cross-collaborating with the marketing teams to streamline workflow, improving efficiency and quality
o Providing data analysis for all operational matters to understand and extract operational insights to improve the overall process
o Preparing reports for the management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
o Conducting performance analysis on regular, analyzing operational KPIs, working towards their improvement
o Setting a daily performance system with a monthly bonus basis, monitoring, and reporting the achievement of the team’s objectives
o Building strong relationships with content providers and generate all the needed reports accordingly
o Conducting content audits and gap analysis and using findings to develop recommendations to improve content creation/operations.
o Working with the technology team on developing new features for the system used to improve operational performance
Job Requirements
o 3-4 years of experience in the media industry or related field
o Bachelor’s degree in business or media
o Attentive to details and persistent with the ability to see multiple tasks through to completion simultaneously
o Excellent Analytical Skills
o Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Arabic
o Excellent computer and social media skills
o Excellent writing skills
o SEO experience is a plus
o Communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with internal teams across various functions and levels (technology & content providers) and external partners
o Accuracy and attention to detail
o Customer-oriented
o Adaptability and flexibility
o Highly organized and self-motivated to be action oriented
