Respond to customer problems or complaints.
Provide notifications to customers.
Calculate costs of goods or services.
Job Requirements
Education University degree is required!
Related Experience Some previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is usually needed.
Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates — Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
