Job Description
Employee Records Management:
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and benefits.
- Ensure all employee data is accurate, confidential, and compliant with data protection regulations.
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
- Assist in preparing for and participating in audits and inspections.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, documentation, and setup of necessary accounts and access.
- Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews, final paperwork, and equipment retrieval.
Benefits Administration:
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Coordinate with benefits providers to ensure accurate processing of claims and coverage.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.
HR Administration:
- Prepare and process HR-related documents such as employment contracts, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain HR systems and records, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Generate and analyze HR reports on various metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure documentation is completed and filed correctly for compliance and reporting purposes.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.)
Experience:
- Minimum of [1-2] years of experience in a human resources or personnel management role.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other HR software is preferred.
Skills:
