Job Description
- Manage the functional & administrative obligations & responsibilities of the Accounts department
- Function as an advisor / consultant and keeps accurate business transactions in ledgers and ensures the team records them on financial statements monthly, quarterly and yearly.
- Ensure compliance to accounting policies & procedures
- On time preparation and reporting of periodic & year-end Financial Statements
- Preparation of budgets in close relationship with divisive managers and GM & CEO
- Management Reporting
- Asset, cash, accounts receivable management
- Staff payroll administration
- Co-ordination with division heads and senior management
- Maintains good relationship with customers, suppliers and other business partners and ensures all issues are being attended properly
- Monitor airline and suppliers incentive, fixed assets, prepayments
- Payroll (salary calculation and payment & monitoring staff benefits, etc. Leave Salary and Indemnity)
- Monitors BSP / IATA correspondences and required reports, credit card reconciliation
Job Requirements
Education:
- University graduate in accounting
- Recognized travel qualification- IATA /UFTAA - CRS - Computer Reservations Systems (Amadeus)
