Job Description

  • Manage the functional & administrative obligations & responsibilities of the Accounts department
  • Function as an advisor / consultant and keeps accurate business transactions in ledgers and ensures the team records them on financial statements monthly, quarterly and yearly.
  • Ensure compliance to accounting policies & procedures
  • On time preparation and reporting of periodic & year-end Financial Statements
  • Preparation of budgets in close relationship with divisive managers and GM & CEO
  • Management Reporting
  • Asset, cash, accounts receivable management
  • Staff payroll administration
  • Co-ordination with division heads and senior management
  • Maintains good relationship with customers, suppliers and other business partners and ensures all issues are being attended properly
  • Monitor airline and suppliers incentive, fixed assets, prepayments
  • Payroll (salary calculation and payment & monitoring staff benefits, etc. Leave Salary and Indemnity)
  • Monitors BSP / IATA correspondences and required reports, credit card reconciliation

Job Requirements

Education:

  • University graduate in accounting 
  • Recognized travel qualification- IATA /UFTAA - CRS - Computer Reservations Systems (Amadeus)
