Job Description
- Responsible for developing and implementing programs that align the workforce with key business strategies and initiatives.
- Assist in the development & implementation of human resource policies & procedures
- Responsible for monitoring and developing a Performance Management System and align it with organizational goals.
- Create and develop a Career path for Staff.
- Create and develop Competency Models.
- Create and develop Company KPI's System.
- Develop ROI (Return on Investment) Plan & Succession Plan.
- Create and develop Employee Satisfaction and Engagement Program.
- Develop team-building programs to ensure integrity and consistency between various teams.
Job Requirements
- Background agriculture is preferred
- Bachelor Degree
- Solid Experience in OD and other functions is preferable.
- HR Diploma is a must.
- Advanced Excel & Visio.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Excellent command of English skills.
