Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Access Control Management Officer to join our team. The role involves managing user profiles, ensuring secure and efficient access management across various banking systems, and supporting technology teams in a dynamic and multi-system environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage user access by creating, modifying, and disabling accounts.
- Administer Active Directory, including creating security groups, service accounts, mailboxes, and distribution lists.
- Handle Privileged Access Management (PAM), including onboarding servers, mapping services, and creating users in ARCOS.
- Ensure compliance with access control policies and maintain system security standards.
- Support users across various banking applications and resolve access-related issues.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in a technology-oriented environment, preferably in banking.
- Hands-on experience with ARCOS access management systems.
- Comprehensive knowledge of banking applications, including Core Banking, CRM, EDMS, and SWIFT.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Active Directory and other access management tools.
- Effective communication skills to interact with users at various levels.
Preferred Training/Certifications:
- Certification in Active Directory or Access Management (e.g., Microsoft Azure AD).
- Training in PAM tools such as ARCOS or similar systems.
- ITIL Foundation certification (optional but preferred).
