Job Description
- Act as a support of KAM/SM in the day-to-day communication, activities and follow up with clients internally and externally.
- Create sales order and collection follow up for customers.
- Organize sales filing system (quotation, sample, PO’s, contract, etc.)
- Make sure client samples requested, delivered and follow-up for trial feedback in cooperation with packaging/quality.
- Receiving inquiry from customers, sending quotation & follow-up till receiving the orders in alignment with KAM/SM.
- Report to superior for any cancellation or losses of any order to take further decision.
- Following up call off & rolling forecast from customers along with Supply Chain Department.
- Forward any confirmed order to order management to process the SOC “sales order confirmation” and support when needed.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Interacts with production, planning, quality, technical and facilities engineering to monitor commercial projects.
- Generate new business opportunities with your current accounts and conduct market analysis to assess future opportunities.
- Supports KAM/Sales Manager’s accounts and may act as direct point of contact for customer regarding pricing updates and/or new quotations on their absence.
- Participates in tenders/RFQs and follow up actions (prices, offers, negotiations, project follow-ups etc.)
- Career Planning and Progression is in Place with extensive development plans.
- Follow up with the client to consume booked raw materials or contractual agreed quantity.
- Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs
- Acts as the key interface between our customers and all relevant internal divisions in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations
- Ensure customer complaint’s is handled and closed a long with Quality team.
- Support finance team avoiding any overdue with handled clients.
- Visit assigned clients regularly.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Min 2 years of work experience preferred in sales / customer service ideally within the same industry.
- Ability to work independently toward a common team goal.
- Excellent negotiating, relationship building and communication skills in English written and verbal.
- Highly self-motivated and self-driven.
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with top clients to foster retention and growth.
- Profissional using Microsoft programs and ERP systems.
- Enthusiasm for a demanding industrial product and technical understanding.
- Ability to resolve issues, anticipate challenges, and provide solutions quickly.
- Comfort with using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and analyzing data to inform sales strategies.
- Understanding of clients' emotions and needs and the ability to respond in a way that builds trust and rapport.
