Main Job Duties:
- Being able to fully manage and produce an alkyd resin reactor plant
- Synthesis of a variety of materials including setting up and operating production processes, large and small scale.
- Ensure quality, quantity, and specifications for the final product.
- Keep accurate and complete records of production and research data.
- Assist with materials development and research.
Job Requirements
- Outstanding research, reporting and analytical skills.
- Very good verbal communication skills.
- Ability to tolerate stress and work under pressure as 1 day off may be canceled due to business needs.
