Job Description

Womena is a feminist media company that creates inspiring and compelling women-focused content to build a lasting impact. From documentaries, to articles, podcasts, photography and more, we are taking back ownership of the narrative around our community.


We’re looking for a talented Digital Media & Content Senior Sales Executive.
We need someone who is confident, experienced & ready to show us great change & performance from the first month.

 

Role Responsibilities: 


• Manage Womena’s relationships with business stakeholders, i.e. existing clients and potential leads in the company’s pipeline, throughout the sales process from pitching to the execution. As well as manage the Sales themselves from lead generation to close.
• Prepare customized presentations and briefs, which clearly define and communicate Womena’s unique value proposition for each.
• Support Womena meet its revenue goals and expand globally by researching, identifying, and pursuing new leads to develop the company’s portfolio of clients
• Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics used to demonstrate ROI as they relate to client relationships and partner productions
• Maintain and regularly update Womena’s external collateral (Ex: Media kits) and its CRM database by liaising across teams internally
• Work across teams internally to ensure that partner productions are executed per the agreed upon terms and all Womena commitments are met
• Review partnership Agreements and Sales Contrac

 

Job Requirements

What you need to have:


• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills in English and Arabic
• Organized self-starter with excellent time management skills and attention to detail
• Confident negotiator with a decisive approach to decision making
• Adaptable strategic thinker who can creatively problem solve and pivot in real-time
• Positive, and reliable team player willing to roll up their sleeves and learn on the job
• Passionate about equality and social good
•Can work within a team & also can work under minimum supervision 

•Powerful internet connection for remote work

Qualifications:


• Ability to be online and accessible during UAE business hours, location ( + /- 3 Hours UAE time)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in a business development and/or sales role preferably but not required to be in the media industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Knowledge of media contracts and licensing terms
• Should have a strong network of contacts in MENA advertising space
• While the role is remote, preferred location is Egypt 

• Strong command of English language (Speaking, writing..etc.)
