Job Description
- Analyze financial data and business processes to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Prepare, review, and interpret financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to management based on financial results.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the implementation of new accounting systems, tools, and processes to enhance reporting accuracy.
- Support audit processes by preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports for senior leadership.
- Participate in special projects and ad hoc analyses as required to drive business growth and operational excellence.
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Must have a tech background.
