Job Description
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
- Update internal databases with new hire information
- Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
- Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
- Publish and remove job ads
- Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
- Develop training and onboarding material
- Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
Job Requirements
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the field of Human Resources.
• Technical expertise in using digital HR systems and technological tools for employee management.
• Experience in managing remote teams and developing effective remote communication strategies.
• Strong knowledge of the Egyptian system in labor and employment (laws, regulations, workers' rights, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of staff and management remotely.
• The ability to solve problems and make strategic decisions that support the company's goals.
