Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the manufacturing artificial grass
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  •  Present and demonstrate MUT’s products and solutions to prospective customers, highlighting technical advantages.
  •  Collaborate with engineering and product teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.
  •  Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  •  Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to achieve revenue targets.
  •  Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  •  Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  •  Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand MUT’s market presence.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing post-sales support and addressing client inquiries.


 

Job Requirements

  • ● 2-4 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the manufacturing artificial grass.
  • ● Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • ● Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to communicate complex solutions effectively.
  • ● Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • ● Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • ● Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
  • ● Proficiency in preparing detailed sales proposals and presentations.
  • ● Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and trade shows as required.
  • ● Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
  • ● good in English; additional languages are an asset.
