Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the manufacturing artificial grass
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Present and demonstrate MUT’s products and solutions to prospective customers, highlighting technical advantages.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand MUT’s market presence.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing post-sales support and addressing client inquiries.
Job Requirements
- ● 2-4 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the manufacturing artificial grass.
- ● Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- ● Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to communicate complex solutions effectively.
- ● Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- ● Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- ● Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- ● Proficiency in preparing detailed sales proposals and presentations.
- ● Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and trade shows as required.
- ● Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
- ● good in English; additional languages are an asset.
