Job Description
- Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
- Troubleshooting any end-user equipment printers, scanner and VC.
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks.
- Setup applications on client workstations.
- Follow up the inventory of computers and other devices.
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software.
- Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware.
- Setup new users in customer knowledge base.
- Test new products (SW and Embedded Systems) by designing and executing test cases.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- 0 : 2 years of working experience in providing Help Desk support. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in English language.
- Working knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote control.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
