Job Description

  • Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
  • Troubleshooting any end-user equipment printers, scanner and VC.
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks.
  • Setup applications on client workstations.
  • Follow up the inventory of computers and other devices.
  • Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software.
  • Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware.
  • Setup new users in customer knowledge base.
  • Test new products (SW and Embedded Systems) by designing and executing test cases.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 0 : 2 years of working experience in providing Help Desk support. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Working knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote control.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
