Job Description

  • Answer inbound calls and manage workflow between departments.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up and answernthe customers inquiries.
  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
  • Answer customer's inquiries and help them use the company's service.
  • Following up with the customers by making outbound calls.
  • Responding to customer tickets and complaints.
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Build a good rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database.
  • Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPI)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • At least 1 year of experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good English Level.
  • Fast typing speed.
  • Have very good handling and communication skills.
  • Flexible with Rotational hours/Rotational Days off
