Job Description
A clothes recycling company operating in 8 countries in the GCC and Middle East
are looking for a well-experienced Digital Marketing Manager to build and manage its marketing team in Cairo including content creators, web developers, and media buyers.
Main Responsibility
- Developing and implementing the overall digital marketing strategy based on the specific objectives for each of our 8 operating countries
- Managing and hiring our content team in Egypt consisting of copywriters, graphic designers, video editors, and social community managers
- Responsible for increasing the monthly sales and brand awareness in collaboration with customer service and sales managers.
- Responsible for the following channels' content and development: website, App, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Twitter, and blog
- Managing the creation and publishing process of over 160 pieces of social media content per month for different social channels across our 8 operating countries
- Brainstorm with team members to develop marketing campaign ideas for each country
- Outsource and manage third parties photographers and videographers in each of our operating countries when needed
- Provide editorial, creative, and technical support to team members.
- Track web analytics and content engagement rates to optimize their content accordingly
Job Requirements
- Over 5 years of proven experience in managing a digital marketing team
- Over 3 years of agency experience
- Ability to design a clear digital marketing strategies
- Well experienced in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns across multi-channels
- Strong leadership qualities
- Creativity and the ability to develop original content
- Excellent copy-writing skills in Arabic and English
- Excellent hands-on experience in graphic designing programs
- Experience with social media management and reporting tools
