Job Description
- Lead Trade Marketing Strategy development to attain defined business objectives.
- Develop Trade promotional plans to serve the organizational strategy with targeted merchants.
- Full ownership of tactical delivery for all trade strategy plans through tailored activities including visibility and execution plans.
- Create and deliver trade marketing insights and working closely with Marketing and Sales team to capitalize on it.
- Ensure clear communication with Sales Team, Marketing Team, and merchants for alignment on strategy, plans and activities to integrate their needs into the organization.

Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Major Marketing.
- Experience: 4-6 Years of experience in trade marketing department within retail sector, including retail network & brand/product management.
- Experience in the development & execution of trade marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, market analysis, and data collection.
- Excellent command of MS Office, social media platforms and ideally CRM platforms
