Job Description
- Develop and implement recruitment plans to meet mass and heavy recruitment targets.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
- Source and screen candidates using various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to identify the most suitable candidates.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers to help them make informed hiring decisions.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports to the management team on a regular basis.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Travel to various locations across Egypt, including Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, and Ain Sokhna.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mass and heavy recruitment, preferably in the cosmetics or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies.
- Proven experience in sourcing and screening candidates using various recruitment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software.
- Willingness to travel to various locations across Egypt.
