Job Description

  • Develop and implement recruitment plans to meet mass and heavy recruitment targets.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
  • Source and screen candidates using various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to identify the most suitable candidates.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers to help them make informed hiring decisions.
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports to the management team on a regular basis.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Travel to various locations across Egypt, including Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, and Ain Sokhna.
     

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mass and heavy recruitment, preferably in the cosmetics or retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies.
  • Proven experience in sourcing and screening candidates using various recruitment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software.
  • Willingness to travel to various locations across Egypt.
