Job Description
• Update the sales team's daily reports, including sales records, team visits, and cash collected, on a daily basis.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the department manager as needed.
• Receive and validate sales team requests according to company standards.
• Support the sales team with inquiries.
• Create proposals, quotations, presentations, and agreements.
• Maintain good working relationships with existing stakeholders/partners.
• Use all available resources to complete assigned tasks.
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, or a similar field
- Strong knowledge of sales analysis techniques, methodologies, and best practices.
- 3+ years of experience analyzing data (preferred)
- Solid experience with data analysis tools, including Power BI and Advanced Excel
- Excellent Computer skills (MS Office) especially excel.
- Attention to detail
- Strong mathematical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
