Job Description
- Responsible for the total national income
- Put training program for branch managers.
- Perform sales function visiting doctors and companies.
- Perform regular meeting with technical unit managers. sales, finance, HR, Quality department and IT
- Perform regular meeting with regional managers
- Report to managing director
- Follow up the financial matters of the branches.
- Determine and evaluate the human resources for each branch.
- Share in implementation of the plan of expansion.
- Follow up the process of opening new branches.
- Follow up and Communicate to the maintenance, information technology, finance, HR, technical unit and quality managers for the branch needs.
- Follow up home visits, call center, customer service and joint ventures performance.
- Share in target distribution allover branches.
- Share in putting opportunities for growth of branches
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's of Medicine from a reputable university.
- From 5 - 10 Years in same field.
- Excellent English is a must.
- Microsoft Applications is preferred.
