Job Description

  •  Stores Operations & Performance
  • Supervise day-to-day retail operations to ensure all activities run efficiently and align with company standards.
  • Support the implementation of operational policies, promotional activities, and sales initiatives.
  • Monitor store KPIs (sales, customer satisfaction) and report performance to management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
  •  Team Supervision & Development
  • Lead, train, and motivate retail staff to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Conduct shift briefings, assign daily tasks, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Support in recruiting, onboarding, and performance evaluation of team members.
  • Foster a positive and customer-focused work environment.
  •  Customer Service & Experience
  • Ensure customers receive outstanding service and a consistent shopping experience.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Promote customer loyalty programs and upselling initiatives.
  •  Inventory & Merchandising
  • Oversee stock control, replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and coordinate with warehouse or suppliers as needed.
  • Minimize loss through effective shrink management and security measures.
  •  Reporting & Administration
  • Prepare and submit operational reports, sales summaries, and performance metrics.
  • Assist with scheduling, payroll input, and other administrative duties.
  • Support the Store Manager in planning budgets, cost control, and operational improvements.

Job Requirements

  • 5-8 years of proven experience in retail operations, preferably within the consumer electronics or technology sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple retail locations and large teams effectively.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a track record of motivating staff.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Solid understanding of retail sales processes, inventory management, and merchandising.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting sales and operational data.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work on-site and travel between various store locations as needed.
  • Familiarity with retail management software and reporting tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
