Handle B2B & B2C Tours packages for groups and individuals.
Handle tailor-made Tours requests.
Interact with clients over the Phone, E-mail.
Preparing Rates quotations and Tours Plans Itinerary
Handle contracting with hotels & Nile Cruises
Handle arrangements for flight & Train Tickets, transportation, accommodations, Day tours, activities & Excursions
Handling issuing vouchers.
Prepare commercial invoices for the client and the accounting. Dealing with customer queries, and complaints, and making alternative arrangements for customers.
Evaluating customers' holidays, issuing appropriate feedback forms, and assuring client satisfaction.
Planning clients' incoming tours, taking care of their requirements concerning the place of interest, mode of transport preferred, period of stay, the budget allocated, and other activities to be performed at the location, and providing customized services per each client's requirements.
Identify and evaluate various options available for traveling and accommodation –In collaboration with the planning and contracting executive -and formulating the final quotation to the client.
Arranging the tour, confirming customer names with airlines/hotels, and finalizing the tour program. If required, the tour operator might visit the location to make sure the client will be enjoying the best quality service.
Perfect coordination with the tour leaders and guides to ensure the client does not face any problems with the tour packages.
Handle any unexpected situation that might arise in such a manner that the goodwill of the services offered is maintained.
Collect regular customer feedback, evaluate them, and take necessary actions if the services are not offered as per the expectations of the customers.
Prepare regular reports explaining and analyzing the work status quo and use market research information to guide decisions.
Investigating clients' favorable future trends in tourism and offer recommendations to top management.
Job Requirements
From 2 to 8 years of Experience in Inbound tourism.
Excellent command of ( English OR Spanish ) language, any extra language will be an advantage.
BA/BS degree or equivalent.
Strong basic computer skills.
Willing to start immediately.
Ability to draft professional correspondence and excellent communication skills
Good user of Microsoft office suite especially outlook and excel
Good image/ Presentable.
