Job Description
- Follow up daily attendance of employees through the attendance system "Fingerprint machine & attendance cards"
- Follow up and data entry for every transaction on the attendance system Provide periodic reports about employees regularity and review employees vacation, absence, attendance, sick leave …etc
- Controlling the vacation system and track the vacation balance of all employees
- In addition to attendance tasks
- Proceed Form no. 1 & no. 6 for employees
- Dealing with the external parties like social insurance and labor office
- Receive & Review Hiring documents for all new hiring candidates
- Proceed contracts for employees
- Employee coding
- Proceed monthly reports for (hiring, leaving, absence, sick … ETC.)
Location: Alwahat, 22 working days, full accommodation, meals, and transportation from and to October City to Alwahat.
And Location : October City
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree (HR certificate is preferable)
- 0- 2 years of experience in the personnel field.
- Good communication skills
- High Computer skills (MS Office applications)
- Males only
