Position Overview:
As a Senior Product Designer you will have the opportunity to influence the design of financial products that empower our customers. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create user-centered, intuitive, and visually appealing digital experiences. 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the UI/UX design process for our financial products, ensuring they are user-centric and visually compelling.
  
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and project objectives.
  
• Familiar with creating variable design systems. 
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform and iterate on design concepts.
  
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.
  
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency. 
  
• Stay informed about design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. 
  
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers as needed.
  
• Present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders effectively.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
  
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
  
• Proficiency in design, prototyping & testing tools such as Figma, Figjam, Miro, Useberry, and Maze. 
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
  
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
  
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
  
• Familiarity with design guidelines and standards relevant to fintech.
