Every single one of us plays an important role and together we build on our 10bn Euro turnover and establish our position as one of the largest dairy companies in the world.You will join the Arla Qatar Sales team where you will be working together with skilled, positive and dedicated colleagues where a growth mindset, agility, and being frontline-obsessed is part of the everyday job.You will work closely with our Sales Representatives and you will play a key role to ensure our customers receive their orders on time and in the right quantity.Your Main Responsibilities AreMeeting order fulfilment objectives accurately and on time.Receiving and inputting orders from Field Sales RepresentativesRaising sales invoices to be processed by the warehouseProvide administrative support to the sales teamDeal with all customers queries quickly, efficiently and cost effectivelyEnsure all administrative paperwork systems are updated and that all required paperwork is completed in line with company guidelinesAny other ad-hoc tasks as and when requiredQualification And ExperienceYou have a strong can-do attitude You have a structured approach to your tasks.Basic know-how of working with MS Office (Word and Excel).Know how and working experience with SAP is a benefit but not a requirement. Previous experience with process optimization projects is a benefit.
