The projects are at various stages of the development cycle and need to be managed through planning, design, procurement and delivery on what is a multi-year assignment.You’ll Be Responsible ForLeads the implementation and delivery of comprehensive stakeholder management services across assigned commissions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational excellence.Provides leadership and guidance to team members within the designated Hub, fostering a high-performance culture.Holds full accountability for supporting specialist functions within the stakeholder management service, applying expert knowledge to drive value and consistency across commissions.Ensures that all stakeholder-related activities are executed with precision and professionalism.Designs and deploys tailored stakeholder management frameworks and strategies that reflect the unique needs of each commission.Directs and coordinates efforts among clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration on all stakeholder matters.Acts as the central point of contact for stakeholder engagement within the commission.Establishes and nurtures strong professional relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.Works proactively to understand client needs, manage expectations, and deliver stakeholder solutions that exceed standards.Provides expert advice on stakeholder and communications standards, processes, and tools.Manages risks and issues effectively, supports structured governance, and ensures timely reporting to facilitate informed decision-making and performance tracking.Develops and maintains functional management strategies, plans, and tools that are aligned with key performance indicators.Tracks progress rigorously to ensure stakeholder objectives are met and continuously improved.Works closely with the stakeholder & communications service director and project manager to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions.Ensures stakeholder activities are integrated with broader project controls and delivery strategies.Ensures all stakeholder operations comply with Mace Control Centre protocols, client requirements, and relevant legislation.
