The resort features over 20 curated restaurants and lounges, the traditional Souk Madinat Jumeirah, dedicated kids’ clubs and some of the region’s most versatile event and conference spaces.About The JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an Outlet Manager - Pierchic to join Jumeirah Al Qasr. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Oversee the daily operations ensuring seamless service, exceptional quality, hygiene, and compliance with brand standards.Manage the overall guest experience by welcoming guests, addressing concerns, and ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction.Lead and motivate the team to consistently deliver world-class service.Monitor financial performance, manage inventory, and implement effective cost-control measures.Drive revenue through strategic promotions, upselling initiatives, and close collaboration with the marketing team.Prepare reports, manage administrative tasks, and support the continuous development of the team.About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:Minimum 3–5 years of experience in managing high-end restaurants or outlets, ideally within a luxury hospitality environment.Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop multicultural teams.Solid knowledge of financial operations, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.Exceptional communication, guest service, and problem-solving skills.Additional languages are preferred; Italian is highly desirable.About The BenefitsAt Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
